NP Parents Special Ed Council

What is NPSEC?

A no-fee organization open to parents, caregivers and educators, The North Penn Parents Special Education Council is sensitive to the issues that parents of children who learn or live differently face. It is an open and friendly forum where participants discuss these issues with other parents, caregivers and educators. The information and advice offered within the group is invaluable. The support and friendships participants forge with one another are critical.

If you are a parent, caregiver, friend or teacher of a child struggling with learning differences or physical differences, you will find a home with the Council. Membership is completely free.

Our members have benefited immensely from:

  • Dynamic educational speakers on topics that matter
  • Collaboration and networking among members and resource providers
  • Idea exchanges via social media and membership meetings

At times it can be overwhelming to face these issues alone. When you partner with NPSEC, you gain courage and strength from knowing you are not alone. GOT IEP??? SO DO WE!

Quote for John F. Kennedy

Let us think of education as the means of developing ur greatest abilities,
because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, fulfilled,
can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for our nation.
- John F. Kennedy -
