Student-Athlete Registration is Now on ARBITER REGISTRATION
We have simplified the registration process, and all waivers are now signed digitally!
Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:
Create an
Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)
Activate your Arbiter Registration account from the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder.)
Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please complete your registration at the
North Penn HS Arbiter Registration Site
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.
PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED MAY 1, 2026, OR AFTER, to be valid for the 2026-2027 school year. They are then valid until May 31st, 2027, or the conclusion of the spring sports season. Your student's doctor must fill out the
PIAA/CIPPE Section 6 form.
ImPACT Testing
NEW THIS YEAR: Every athlete who plays a sport must take the ImPACT test EVERY 2 YEARS, before their season begins. The test is taken at home, at your convenience, and should not be done after a vigorous workout, nor should it be taken on a phone. It should be done in a quiet area on a computer, and it will take about 30-45 minutes.
To access the ImPACT test, complete the
Arbiter Online Registration mentioned above.

These dates are to ensure paperwork is filled out properly and everything is turned in before the preseason starts. If
ANYTHING is missing, the athlete WILL NOT be allowed to participate on the first day!
