The T-shirts and sweatshirts are in, and look great! The guy who does them said this was the best design we've had, and I agree. Thanks to Brian Toto!

We will be giving them out at the December 17th meeting. We will also be selling the remaining shirts from the last couple of years, as a fundraiser for $10 each. We have very limited sizes, in the old stock. I will also have a list of the students who ordered them last year and never picked them up, so those individuals will have the first choice of the remaining inventory.

The final payment for Sunday River will also be due on this day. Most of you will owe $170, unless you have been notified of a different amount, due to previous payments. You may drop your payments in the Kpod reception office if you don't want to attend the meeting.

If you are attending Mt. Tremblant, this is an important meeting for you to attend. This is also the last meeting prior to our trip, so a parent and student must attend. I highly encourage you to attend this meeting, some of our procedures have changed for the day of departure and we will be going over them.

Questions or concerns, please let me know. Thanks and have a great thanksgiving!
Mrs. Rebecca

Please plan on meeting to discuss the Mt Tremblant trip and take final payments for the Sunday River trip on December 17th in A33 at 7 pm. If you are not attending the MT trip, you may drop your money off and then leave or you may also drop your money off in the Kpod reception office, any time during the day.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

** PLEASE NOTE - YOU AND YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN WILL NEED A VALID PASSPORT TO ATTEND THE MT TREMBLANT TRIP. IN ORDER TO HOLD YOUR SPOT FOR THIS TRIP YOU WILL NEED A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR PASSPORT, A PARENT'S PASSPORT OR A PRINTED CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO GET YOUR PASSPORTS. IF I DON'T HAVE ANY OF THE ABOVE, YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE WAITING LIST.

FIRST MEETING DETAILS

Please keep in mind that the Canada trip is first come first serve. We are only able to bring 42 students and will NOT be giving seniors preferential treatment for spots. We would appreciate it if you would have your roommate situation worked out before bringing your October payment in, if not you will be put with whoever does not already have a group.
Please remember to bring a copy of your passport or a parent/guardian's (whoever will be coming to get you in an emergency) to this meeting, this will allow you to be added to the list for Canada trip. If you have passports that are going to expire within 3 months of the trip, please bring a copy of said passport and a confirmation of the appointment to renew with it. Please also bring $100 deposits for each of the trips you would like to attend. Please make separate checks out for each trip.
*The attached forms are not required at the first meeting but recommended. They may be turned in with copies of the missing passport on the next payment date;
Mt Tremblant, Canada
1st payment - $260 on October 17th.
Final -$160 (minus $100 deposit) November 18th
Sunday River, Maine
1st payment - $270.00 November 18th
Final - $170.00 (minus $100 deposit) December 17th
All payments except the deposit (which is given at the first meeting) should be dropped off in the Kpod reception office. All payments must be in an envelope with your name, grade and which trip the payment is for. The trip name and the students name need to be noted CLEARLY in the memo section of the check. You will need a separate check for each trip you are attending, this is for accounting purposes and will allow us to get you a refund quicker than if you wrote one check for both trips.
